In accordance with Article 16.02 of the Collective Agreement, the following technical positions can be posted outside of the CUPE 947 reassignment period:

- Building Technologist
- Bus Driver
- Buyer
- Digital Content Publisher
- Financial Accounting Assistant
- HR Systems Specialist – Records
- Information Systems Analyst
- ITL Support Specialist
- Network Systems Coordinator
- Payroll Specialist
- Reconciliation Accountant
- School Technologist
- Senior Building Technologist
- Senior Buyer
- Senior HR Records & Data Analyst
- Senior Management Assistant
- Student Systems and Data Analyst
In the event that any of these positions become vacant and need to be filled on a regular or temporary basis during the period July 1 to August 31, present CUPE 947 staff will have the option of submitting an *application which will be held on file in Human Resource Services subject to the availability of the vacant position(s).
Individuals are invited to submit a completed application, indicating position(s) of interest, to Human Resource Services between June 15 – 30, 2021. Applications must include a phone number where you can be reached during July/August and an indication of your availability for an interview.
