The Board of Education and the Ministry of Education have approved the 2024-2025 school year calendar. The calendar highlights school openings, vacation breaks, the last day of classes, and non-instructional days including the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The calendar was developed in consultation with Sooke (#62) and Saanich (#63) school districts in an effort to align important dates as much as possible. The District also sought public input on the calendar for 30 days prior to finalizing.
