StrongStart BC (Pre-K)

StrongStart BC is a free drop-in early learning program for all preschool-aged children.   Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver while attending the program.

These wonderful programs are conducted by qualified early childhood educators who lead a variety of learning activities designed to help children get ready for success in kindergarten.  Parents and caregivers attending a StrongStart BC center can expect organized sessions like story time, play activities, and a healthy snack.

Come to one of our six StrongStart programs to discover new ways to support your child’s learning, to make connections with other parents and caregivers who attend, and to gain important information about additional services and resources in our community.

Registration Requirements

To register a child please complete the Registration Form. In addition to your completed registration form, please bring proof of your child’s age (e.g. birth certificate, passport, landed immigrant authorization, INAC status card) with you on your first visit.

*Please note that registration forms are also available at each of our StrongStart BC Early Learning Centres.
