Cancellation Policy & Change Fees

The Rentals Department requires time to process cancellations and/or changes and advise schools of these changes.  Any changes or cancellations should be in writing and submitted to rentals@sd61.bc.ca.  If possible, please reference the Agreement # (starting with FA-) shown on the left hand side of the agreement under the heading “Facility Agreement Information”.

The Licensee agrees to:

  1.  pay a $25.00 plus GST fee for every booking alteration, and/or;
  2.  pay a cancellation fee of 50% of agreement fees plus GST if a booking is cancelled within 2 weeks prior to the event.
