The Financial Services Department is located in the Tolmie Building at 556 Boleskine Road. Reporting to the Secretary Treasurer, the Financial Services staff are responsible for financial analysis and reporting, accounting operations, and payroll and benefits administration for seven employee groups. Main functions of the Department include administering nine payrolls and related employee benefit plans, cash management, accounts payable and receivable administration, preparing annual operating and trust fund budgets, allocating staffing resources, supplies and services budgets to schools and departments, monitoring actual expenditures as compared to the budget allocations for the operating, capital and trust funds, preparing year-end audited financial statements, and providing financial administration support and training to schools and departments.
