Qualifications:
- Professional BC Teacher Certification
- Secondary Tech Ed.
Description of Position:
- TASK is a district program that allows students to experience hands-on, project-based learning in high school, college and job settings.
- The teacher must have a BC professional certificate and secondary school tech ed qualifications.
- Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, and welding are assets.
- The teacher will be required to work with both Camosun staff and District Pathways & Partnerships staff to support students.
- The teacher will not only work in the classroom with students but will also be responsible for setting up and monitoring work experience placements.
