UPDATE (11:20 a.m.) – Early Dismissal at Spectrum
Please note that Spectrum students are being dismissed early today after the school received a threat. Police are currently at the school assessing the threat.
Students have been evacuated from the building and will be released to go home.
Students who are unable to make their own way home will be supervised at Marigold Elementary until a parent or guardian can come and pick them up.
Third Wave and Garden City busing will operate as usual. Parents wishing to pick up their child(ren) prior to Third Wave’s afternoon drop off, will be able to sign their child(ren) out at Marigold Elementary.
Important Notice (10:45 a.m.) – Out of precaution, staff and students at Spectrum Secondary are currently evacuating the building due to a potential threat. Updates to follow as additional details become available.
