POLICY 5131.2 

THREATS TO STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES OR, VOLUNTEER/SPONSORS

The Board recognizes that students, employees, and volunteers/sponsors have the right to a safe and secure school environment.

A threat, either written, verbal, or any application of force including “swarming” (surrounded by a group of youths for the purpose of intimidation or theft) made by student(s) and considered serious by the Administration, and which is directed towards students, employees, or volunteers/sponsors, shall lead to disciplinary action.
