SCHOOL FACILITIES – GAMES OF CHANCE

The organization or holding of games of chance, including lotteries, raffles or bingos, by a particular school, is permissible at the discretion of the principal of that school.

In all cases, conditions must be such that the rules and regulations of the local municipality and the Attorney-General’s Department are complied with.
