The Greater Victoria School District election for nine school trustees is on October 15, 2022. For those interested in seeking a seat on the Board of Education, the School District is hosting two information sessions.

The sessions will provide members of the public with an overview of the School District and the opportunity to learn about the role of an individual trustee and the Board of Education. This includes advocacy, policy-making and setting the strategic direction. Information about time commitments and compensation will also be included.

Each session will provide the same information, including the opportunity to ask questions and meet the District’s Senior Leadership Team. All are welcome to attend one of the two sessions. No registration is required.
