We are proud to support our learning community with a Mental Health & Wellness Snapshot series throughout the school year. Please explore the resources below that are most relevant to your child’s school level.
September/October – Connection to Nature
This first Snapshot of the school year focuses on the powerful benefits of connecting with nature to improve mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression.

November/December – Connection to Family and Community
This snapshot focuses on helping your child find belonging within their family and within the wider network of relatives, sports, clubs, or cultural groups. Engaging in community-centered activities can help reduce feelings of loneliness or anxiety.
