First Day of School Schedules

The Greater Victoria School District looks forward to welcoming new and returning students for the 2024-2025 school year. A general overview of first day of school schedules is listed below; however, we encourage families to follow communications as outlined by their specific schools as received through email or via the school’s website.

*Note for Kindergarten: gradual entry schedules were sent to families in June and reflect different dates and times than other grade levels. Please refer to these schedules to prepare for your child’s first day.

*Note for Victor School: students’ first day of school is Wednesday, September 4 from 8:45am to 2:45pm.
