Approved Motion: That the Board of Education of School District No. 61 (Greater Victoria) agree to give all three readings of the 2023-2024 Annual Budget Bylaw at the Open Board meeting on April 6, 2023.

Approved Motion: That the Board of Education of School District No. 61 (Greater Victoria) 2023-2024 Annual Budget Bylaw in the amount of $300,728,210 be: Read a third time, passed and adopted, the 6th day of April, 2023. And that the Secretary-Treasurer and Board Chair be authorized to sign, seal and execute this bylaw on behalf of the Board.

Approved Motion: That the Board of Education of School District No. 61 (Greater Victoria) direct the Policy Sub Committee to consider the Sanctuary School policy proposal submitted at the 6 March 2023 Education Policy and Directions Committee by reference to Sanctuary School policies implemented by other School Districts in BC and relevant provincial policy; AND FURTHER Provide recommendations to the Board though the Education Policy and Directions Committee by the May 2023 meeting.
