Proposed 2026-2027 Annual Budget Presentation on March 30

The Greater Victoria School District is inviting our learning community to the March 30 Special Budget Meeting focused on the proposed 2026-2027 Annual Budget presentation. Thank you in advance for your engagement!

Event Details:

  • Date: Monday, March 30, 2026
  • Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
  • Location: SJ Willis Education Centre, 923 Topaz Avenue (accessible from Gillie Place)
  • Format: budget presentation followed by round table conversations and an opportunity to provide feedback. The presentation will be live-streamed and available on our website after the event.

 

Online Feedback Opportunity March 30 – April 6

For those unable to make it to the in-person engagement session, an online form will be available for public feedback submission:

On April 8, a Special Board Meeting will take place to conduct the three readings of the 2026-2027 Annual Budget Bylaw. All questions and comments will be read and considered throughout the budget process.

 

Budget Development Process

All comments will be presented to the Official Trustee for consideration as part of the overall budget development process.
