Tax Forms

T4s will be available, by logging into e-services, at the end of February each year

• If you are no longer an employee with the district a copy will be mailed to the address that HR has on file for you.
• Alternatively, you can login to your CRA account to see T4s from all your employers.

 Change of Banking Information 

• Direct Deposit Authorization (You must return this form in person to the payroll office and present photo ID along with a void cheque from your bank.)
