Draft Child Care Policy

2021-2022 School Year Calendar

2021-2022 Budget Update

The Secretary-Treasurer updated trustees of an approximate $1.1 million surplus from department underspends that could go towards the $7 million deficit. Options for how these monies could be allocated was shared with trustees. The Board passed a motion to allocate $482,000 towards middle school band (grade 6, 7, and 8), Ukulele, and Indigenous drumming—and the other $400,000 towards educational assistant staffing.
