Approved Motion: 4.1 The Board delegates the responsibility for (Remove "Coordinating") the selection of (Remove "and making recommendations for the purchase of") learning resources to the district or school educational staff. (Add "The review of a requests for reconsider(Remove "ing")ation of the use of a learning resource will be undertaken in accordance with the review process outlined in associated Regulation 6163.1.")

Action: Policy 6163.1 Learning Resources was amended (section 4.1.).

AND FURTHER Direct the Superintendent to prepare corresponding Learning Resources Administrative Regulation for review by the Board of Education in April 2024.
