Approved Motion: That the Board of Education of School District No. 61 (Greater Victoria) accept Administrative Regulations 1161.2 Privacy Management Program, 1161.3 Privacy Impact Assessments and 1161.4 Critical Incident and Privacy Breach as presented on November 27, 2023. AND FURTHER, Direct the Superintendent to bring the Administrative Regulations to the Board of Education for review within one year at the Operations Policy and Planning meeting in November 2024.
