REGULATION 5131.2

THREATS TO STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES, OR VOLUNTEER/SPONSORS

In cases where threats of a serious nature, either written, verbal, or physical are directed by a student(s) towards another student(s) or employee, or volunteers/sponsors, the following shall apply:

The offending student(s) will be suspended for more than five (5) days.

This over five (5) day suspension will begin the process of the Principals’ Review Committee as outlined in Policy 5131.7. (Student Suspension)
