This week at #SeedTheCity, we preserved the harvest by making fig jam, strawberry jam, plum jam, and applesauce! We also learned how to save seeds and did a field trip to Vic High Farm with @masonstreetfarm ! 🍅 @SD61Careers @sd61schools @vichighsd61 @FriendlyFuture @coastcapital

Back to school preparation is well underway at the Board office.
District staff have assembled standardized incident command kits for all of our schools. These are equipped with emergency & reunification supplies to ensure appropriate & safe responses in case of an emergency.

Registering a student for the 2019-20 school year?
Schools will reopen for new registrations from August 26-30th from 9 a.m. –1 p.m. daily. Students must apply at their catchment school & provide proof of home address. For registration requirements visit:
