| Much
of the planning at GMS is done by teams of teachers. Working
in groups, the teachers discuss and share ideas for implementing
the curriculum, developing a school culture and initiating team
activities. Meetings between teaching teams take place weekly
and regularly include school administrators, counsellors and
learning assistance teachers. |
