Welcome to Ready, Set, Learn - a program to help three and four year olds get ready for school. It will be held at Frank Hobbs Elementary School on Friday, January 20th, 2012. Times of the program will be posted.

Please register for this program through the school office at 250-477-1804 or by email to frankhobbs@sd61.bc.ca by January 14th, 2012. Registration for this program will enable us to plan for the event. Every child in attendance will receive a kit provided Frank Hobbs Elementary School.

Reading is the foundation for every child's success in school and in life, and that is why this kit includes a book for young readers. We encourage you to set aside a special time to enjoy this book with your child and talk about the story and pictures. As well, you will receive a copy of Ready, Set, Learn - Helping your preschooler get ready for school, filled with easy ways you can help your child get ready for school. Try some of the suggestions at home with your child. Get inspired, and have fun!
