Dear Crafters and Artisans,

Thank you for your interest in our annual craft fair. Last year was a huge success for our school and the Cloverdale community really appreciates the support!

This year our annual craft fair is on Saturday November 19th, 2011 from 10am to 4pm. Tables are
6ft long and are $40.00 each, we will provide two chairs but no table cloths. You may share tables but please respect the space limitations of your neighbours.  We advertise in the Times Colonist, Black Press, Shaw cable, and local radio stations. The past 2 years we had JackFM attend the event and we’ve requested them to return again this year. It was great exposure!

Please fill out the application form with your 3 table choices. After I have received your application form and payment I will call/email your confirmation. You will have an opportunity to set up the Friday before and I will send you more information as the event gets closer.
