Application Timelines

Rental Permits can be provided for a period of up to one school year. Renters must reapply to use space each year; however, there is no guarantee the same or similar space will be available in subsequent years.

An historical user client (that is, a user group which was issued a contract for the use of facility or fields in the year immediately preceding a current application for use), has right of first refusal for time, day and location only, provided the District does not require the facility, the client is in good standing and such client submits a renewal application within District booking deadlines as follows:

Booking Deadline Client Facility Booking Start Date
July 15 Returning Gym Start date in September - June
May 15 New & Returning Field Start date between July 1- November 30
December 15 New & Returning Field Start date between February 1 – June 30

After the above deadlines have passed, all rental requests including historical and new clients will be filled on a first-come, first served basis.
