League information:
Ribbons will be given out after each race to the top 15
boys and girls and to the top teams.Team ribbons for top 3 teams in each category.
Teams are comprised of top 4 scoring members in same age category.
All athletes must be represented at the meet by an adult sponsor who is a school district employee, or community coach approved by the Principal.
Coaches are responsible for ensuring that athletes know the race course and for first aid.
Results:
Coaches are required to collect place sticks give to their runners at the finish
line and neatly writing the name and place of each runner on the scoring
envelope. Scoring envelopes are available at the finish line.
Complete one scoring envelope for each category and place in results box immediately
after each race.
A map of the course will be supplied each race for the next one in the series. Contact Commissioners if you need a map. Race distances are approximate

1:00 - Coaches Meeting for coaches who need help
1:30 - Gr 6 Boys - 1. 5 km ( one short loop)
1:35 - Gr 6 Girls- 1. 5 km ( one short loop)
1:55 - Gr 7 Boys- 1. 5 km
( one short loop)
2:00 - Gr7 Girls- 1. 5 km ( one short loop)
2:20- Gr 8 Boys - 2km - ( one full loop)
2:25 - Gr 8 Girls - 2km -
( one full loop)
2:45 - Gr 9-10 Boys-
4 km ( 2 full loops)
2:50 - Gr 9-10 Girls- 4 km ( 2 full loops)
3:15 - Gr 11-12 Boys- 6km ( 3full loops)
3:20 - Gr 11-12 Girls- 4 km ( 2 full loops)
Team Scoring: first 4 on a team to score ( must be in
the same age category)
Second 4 from same school to score as "B" team.
Awards: Top 15 individuals in each category receive place
